Hand Measurement Data:

Images and precise measurements derived from the hand measurements you submit through our Service. Hand images are deleted after processing, but the derived measurements are retained to provide your personalized grip recommendations.

Usage Data:

Information about how you access and use the Service, such as pages visited, features used, time spent on the site, and other diagnostic data.

Device Data:

Information about the device you use to access the Service, such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Gripscript Service Overview

Gripscript provides an AI-powered digital golf grip fitting service. Through the analysis of your hand dimensions and other preferences, we aim to recommend optimal golf grip specifications tailored to your needs (the "Service"). Our recommendations are generally delivered via a unique link to your personalized grip recommendations within 24 hours of your request. These recommendations are for informational and guidance purposes.

4. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use Gripscript solely for its intended purpose: to receive personalized golf grip recommendations to enhance your game. You must not use our Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Gripscript.

All content, features, and functionality on Gripscript, including our proprietary AI models, the personalized grip recommendation reports, trademarks, service marks, logos, and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Gripscript, LLC or its licensors. When your personalized grip recommendations are provided, we may include links to third-party online retailers where these products can be purchased. Please be aware that Gripscript may earn a commission from purchases made through these affiliate links. We may also follow up with you via text message or other communication channels to encourage and facilitate your grip purchase through our affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the products, services, privacy practices, or content of these third-party retailers.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Gripscript regarding your fitting results and related offers.

You will receive messages related to your specific fitting request, including a unique link to your personalized grip recommendations, and occasional follow-up messages to encourage and facilitate your grip purchase through our affiliate partners. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the Service.

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation message.
